Siobhan first saw Evanna in ‘Harry Potter and The Order of the Pheonix’, she thought she portrayed a wonderful Luna and was a very talented performer.

One in January 2009, Siobhan was looking around the web at Evanna fan sites, and noticed that almost all of them were closed or rarely updated. Sad at this, Siobhan asked Gertie if she might take over an old domain that was empty, happily Gertie agreed – Amanda offered to help – and thus Evanna Lynch Fan was born!

However, in mid-2009, Sibohan decided to give up ELF due to real life commitments. Georgia jumped at the opportunity and the reins were handed over to her! Amanda still chips in occasionally and the site is run predominantly by fans for fans!
